Add matplotlibrc next to the notebook
We added the following file: https://github.com/INRIA/scikit-learn-mooc/blob/master/notebooks/matplotlibrc
It is located in the notebooks folder. It would be necessary to fetch it and put it next to all notebooks as well such that we use the plotting context defined in the file.
@brospars I assume that we only need to add it in the notebooks.json file, but I wanted to be sure to not make any mistake.
