The packages added are:

python2-numpy@1.8
python2-pyro
python2-scientific
python2-mmtk
domainfinder (under chemistry)
nmoldyn (under chemistry)

One patch modifies the python2-matplotlib package to make it possible to substitute python2-numpy@1.8 for python-numpy.
