[luxembourg] Network config update: add new gw and switches + remove old gateway and old servers (cronos, md1000, zeus)

The new gateway replaces the old one with the same dns record (gw.luxembourg) and the same ip, the old one still exists but its configuration changed and will be permanently removed once petitprince is retired (in the upcoming months), so it's already not described anymore.
