This merge request is related to a previous merge request made by Guillaume Didier. It has been reworked to become "CI compatible".

This merge request correct several micro architecture inconsistencies for Xeon CPUs, Ice Lake and SkyLake CPUs.

~~However, before merging this MR we must verify if it has an impact on g5k-checks' behaviour.~~ Merge request has been approved.
