I checked: no user used it in the oarsub `-l` part til now, and no
documentation use it either.

'host' must be used, or 'nodes'.

'network_address' can still be used as a property filter in oarsub (but
using 'host' is shorted to write for the same result).

Rename OAR property gpu to gpu_model to oar-properties generators (oar properties and wiki) (see #10143)

e.g.:
IEC for disks
metric for RAM

Bug was for yeti NVMe: 1.0TB reported instead of 1.6TB.
Must force float type for division.
