[all] migration to a new schema for network

- eth1 suffix from sagittaire a remain because it is the default interface
- remove weathermap
- remove sensors/network
- rename gw-site to gw
- add snmp_name per port
- add backbone kind for renater uplink
- add alias on network equipments
- add ip on network equipments
- add role key [admin, production, hpc]
- rework port-channel definition
- fix typos on some ports
