Improved the cache management.

Improved the input and output of the nodes with the Kadeploy tools by folding/expanding ranges of nodes (adapted a patch sended by Joseph Ligier - CEA).
Added a message when /tmp reformat is bypassed.
Fixed small bugs with the async part.
