Define "model_name" for arm cpu to avoid "nil" value for "other_description"

Testé sur pyxis-1 :

• J'ai mis "other_description: ThunderX2 99xx" à la main dans le ref repo et lancé g5k-checks avec ce fix, l'erreur "Should have correct other description" a disparu.
• g5k-checks -m api génère bien un .yaml avec le champs other_description
