[puppet][g5k-jupyterlab] Bump g5k-jupyterlab version because package v0.10 is missing.

While removing a g5k-jupyterlab's incorrect package built on packages.grid5000.fr (it was named ag5k-jupyterlab), the version 0.10 of the package that we use in the recipes of the debian environment was also removed.

In this merge request, I change the version number so that we don't use the vanished package version, but the new one: 0.11.
