[all] Fix qemu error with too long path for the socket monitor

  • Fix from_grid5000_arch/bash.yaml: allow passing the arch of the imported env
  • Fix qemu monitor sock path, which cannot > 108 characters
  • Workaround ssh bug which break kameleon pipe commands
