GitLab upgrade completed. Current version is 17.11.1. We now benefit from the features of the release 17.11.
This commit explains why the variable TF_VAR_SSH_PUBLIC_KEY is needed
so that the public key is registered in ~ci/.ssh/authorized_keys in
deployed VMs.
