Fix lintian dep5-copyright-license-name-not-unique and space-in-std-short-name-in-dep5-copyright warnings

* Set Debian Science team as maintainer
* Set myself as uploader
* Remove unnecessary version number in OpenCV depend and build-depends fields.
* Remove Debian version number in versionned dependencies.
* Add linux-only to libdc1394-22-dev dependency.
* Rename libvisp2 into libvisp.
* Fix package description.
* Add doxygen-latex and libois-dev dependencies.
* Set GNUInstallDirs.cmake license to BSD-3-clause.
* Set vpParseArgv.h and vpParseArgv.cpp to BSD-4-clause.
