Partial implementation of #236 (closed) (GPU support in node container, for VPN/container env).

Included:

updated first version of documentation (${FEDBIOMED_DIR}/envs/vpn/README_tempo.md)
tested for Fedora 35
tested for image save/load

Not included in this version:

test for Ubuntu (syntax ok, but need test on a machine with a GPU)
test for Windows
final documentation (gitlabpages), to be done with #138 (closed) (because it will change commands/syntax)
