Feature/214 environ tests

• full rewritting of fake_environ and mock_environ -> fake environement are splitted as 2 different singletons
• as a consequence test_*.py do not need to delete the environment before using it
• also, test_environ_common.py is only testing fedbiomed.common.environ (and does not check fedbiomed.node.environ + fedbiomed.researcher.environ)
