Improve default dependencies for sklearn models

Dependencies that are already known, such as the dependency on the sklearn model and the dependency on the fedbiomed class, should be injected automatically by the sklearn models, instead of asking the researcher to do it.

PS I apologize for the weird diffs on the notebooks, it seems that my PyCharm automatically added an id field to the cells and I cannot get rid of this option...
