a simple tool to monitor fedbiomed mqtt channels

it subscribe to the general/* channels and the researcher/clients dedicated channels on the fly.

caveat: the script assumes that mqtt is the messaging protocol (aka its name). If messaging mechanism changes, we will need to modify this script (which do not use the Messaging class at the moment)
