Remove mentions to the `nose` testing tool
Currently, the conda environments and README from Fed-BioMed document nose as a tool to collect and run unit tests. This tool is, however, out of date (it was developed for Python 2 and documented to do support Python 3 but the latest version dates back from 2015 and thus older Python 3 versions).
For example, if you run nosetests -v
from the test folder (as documented by the README), you get an internal error due to nose looking for collections.Callable
- which has been removed since Python 3.3.
I would therefore advise to remove nose
from dependencies and from the documentation. It could for example be replace with pytest, which is already part of the dependencies but undocumented in the README file.
