Integrate runtime cmp matlab demo scripts into matfaust.demo namespace.

- Also updating API doc relative to these scripts,
- and removing useless variables and commands in cmake scripts (since we moved some demos).
- Adding directory creation in other demo scripts where needed ('Figures' and 'output', both create in cwd).
