Adjust cpp tests building for Win VS.

It fixes multiple errors:
- test_svdtj_complexdouble.cpp(7,10): fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'unistd.h
- hierarchicalFactorizationFFT_complexfloat.cpp(114,23): error C2131: expression did not evaluate to a constant (related to min/max predef macros in VS).
