Update generation of Windows packages to integrate gpu_mod and enable it in pyfaust wrapper.

- PIP wheel, NSIS generation.
- gitlab pipeline generation.

By the way: correct std::min/max issue with Visual Studio and syntax error in mexFaustReal.cpp.in
