Fix missing function matfaust.rand_bsr after doxygen docstring filtering.

It was due to the missing end bar (%=========) in the docstring, which made filterout_matlab_doxy_blocks.sh wipe out the whole function.
It fixes by the way matfaust.issparse docstring which uses rand_bsr.
