Use memcpy directly instead of eigen in MatSparse copy ctor and assignment operator= overload.

Why? Because it seems more reliable, after a hstack in
Faust::TransformHelperPoly::polyFaust the ctor and operator= fail to
restitute the proper matrix (don't know why though).
