Misc minor changes.

    - API doc:
    * Filter out ParamsPalm4MSAFGFT from API doc (it's only in pyfaust and should not be used directly).
    * Fix brief descriptions not displayed for matfaust.factparams.ConstraintName and for matfaust.demo package.
    - Fix unclear error message in matfaust.factparams.ParamsFact.parse_opt_args.
    - Many corrections/complements in examples of pyfaust.
    - Add a matfaust.Faust.isFaust() example.

    - Update/Correct guide doc and FAQ.

    - Update faust.nsi (NSIS windows installer) for removing setup.py from files installed and put also the pyfaust python modules in the installation path even if they are copied into python site-packages else where.

    - Delete debug Display() call in src/algorithm/factorization/faust_HierarchicalFactFGFT.h
