Add Faust C++ is_all_sparse/dense and pyfaust matfaust bindings issparse isdense.

Previous version of pyfaust.Faust.issparse was loading the factors as
python arrays/matrices in order to determine their types, here it's done
directly from C++ Faust underlying instances.
