Update readmes and their generation cmake script.

- Refactoring quick guide readmes (macOS and linux versions) into common file gen_doc/bin_pkgs/README_template.html with specific README_installer.html files for each system.
- Using cmake variables and add http links in installer_readme.html.in (for macOS).
