Update pyfaust.LazyLinearOp

- Documentation all functions.
- Removal of in-place ops (fix to infinite loops).
- Moving the code from experimental code to production.
- LazyFaust deletion + LazyLinearOp concrete class (it was abstract before).
- Minor renaming and secure programming addons.
- Universal numpy functions impls to handle right-opts (rmul etc.).
