Handle in pyfaust auto-downloading of FAµST remote data (only for pip package).

If it's not present locally it's downloaded using script added by a7d606ca.
The data is for the moment hosted on inria gforge FAµST old project.
URL and filename are set from .gitlab-ci.yml.
CMake variables are available to get back to package embedded data mode.
