Do not choose a large PARI threadsizemax on 32 bit architectures.

On a machine with many cores, there is not enough addressable virtual
memory otherwise.

* lib/pari.c (cm_pari_init): Call sd_threadsizemax only on architectures
  with at least 64 bits.
