Bugfix: the icon color changed to black (with the default theme) under certain circumstances. This fixes it.

This fixes case 3 of dtk-themes#14

To test the bug is gone : Open tst/resources/earth.vtp Click multiple times Vertex & Edges / enabled buttons : they should stay the same color
