Ready: use new unified NVIDIA container toolkit

New packages to support NVIDIA devices in containers are published to the libnvidia-container package repositories.

I used the information provided in the docs: https://docs.nvidia.com/datacenter/cloud-native/container-toolkit/install-guide.html#setting-up-nvidia-container-toolkit.

Tested with NVIDIA driver 510.47.03. Should be tested with the driver shipped in debian11-x64 g5k images.
