Allow to install Enoslib without the jupyter dependency
Currently, enoslib depends on rich[jupyter], which pulls a lot of dependencies.
In Enos, this causes some trouble:
- the new pip backtracking algorithm tries dozens of versions of jupyter, which takes a very long time when installing enos
- in some environment, installation fails because of pyzmq, an indirect dependency of jupyter. It needs to be built and it requires some C libraries that may not be found
We can either revert to the previous behaviour, where jupyter support is not installed by default and users need to explicitly install enoslib[jupyter].
Or maybe we can find a way to define a enoslib[minimal]
variant that removes the dependency on jupyter.
