Implement c-service-worker in TypeScript
Current (initial) implementation is in JavaScript. It MUST be rewritten in TypeScript.
Also, self.db has to be stored somewhere else; consider making a CServiceWorker class.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
