This commit improves the documentation by including the instructions
for defining a suitable Anaconda environment, giving more detailed
explanations on the dependencies of talon, adding a citation guide and
updating the readme file of the project.

The badges for pipeline, coverage and documentation are added to the
index of the documentation and the readme.
