The previous one was taken from Wikipedia but is slightly different from the one from SPDX and opensource.org. As the previous one was badly implemented (a <copyright holder> field was not filled), that was two reasons to scratch it and replace it with an SPDX-approved wording. The license itself is unchanged though: this is still BSD 3-Clause.
