linker-script: fix wrong start and size of .usr_bss that is exposed to C

Daniel Krebs requested to merge fix/usr_bss_wrong_size into master

This seems to be copy-paste error that dates back to 39120960. I wonder if this has been the cause of some strange problems because it should lead to .drv_bss being checkpointed instead of .usr_bss.
