Readme in root of repository

I started to write a readme for the root of the Sytare repository so that when opening Gitlab it looks a little bit nicer :) Is there something that you (@gabertho @salagnac) want to have added? Getting Started and Contributing were the first topics that came to my mind. Otherwise just merge it!
