Fix aligned
Fixes the problem in aligned update when the number of values specified for n_neighbors and min_dist lists do not overlap with number of reducer mappers.
GitLab upgrade completed. Current version is 17.10.3. We now benefit from the enhancements of 17.9 and 17.10 releases.
