Examples overview

This is a draft merge request, please do not merge immediately.

I've just modified one notebook lri_workflow.ipynb file currently. We can discuss on the modifications and proceed depending on your comments and preferences. Please feel free to reject the modifications.

This merge request intends to update the notebooks under examples directory.

Instead of using .ipynb files, the notebooks are saved as .py files. By installing jupytext, the files can still be opened as jupyter notebooks. pip install -e .[examples] will ensure installation of all necessary dependencies.

After merging deploy_docs merge request, it will be possible to view the resulting executed notebook from documentation page without running it yourself.
