  • Refactor pipeline API to dump and load matrices at each step
  • Introduce hierarchical directory structure
  • Add params property to entities (to save dumps under the directories with names contaning params)
  • Update yaml conf files accordingly
  • Update notebooks accordingly and rename them
  • Add notebook for hierarchical directory structure
  • Fix tests failing for Python 3.8 because of uncompatible tables package version
