Financial monitors and transformers

Use latest bism with bugfix and config (even if config is not really used)

All properties 1-5 implemented with monitors

Fix a bug in run_buildtime_prop1.sh due to quotes.

Tested with all transformers and each one add the good bytecode everywhere.
