Give the quantity of achieved work (computation/network) when a job is killed

I need this to emulate moldable jobs: When I want to resize a job I can kill is and resubmit the job on an smaller (or bigger) set of resources. But, to do so I need to know the amount of work that have been done before killing it in order to submit jobs with only the remaining amount of work.

It can also be used by any kind of preemption model that need stop/restart or migrate a task.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
