Fixes: websockets with version in requirements, remove it from environment*.yml; histogram.hpp: speed up compute, improve median; mainparser.cpp: catch error to print nicely instead of dumping core; pparser: histograms have nicer bounds, 128 for age and 2048 for durations to avoid weird bin bounds
