Resolve "Update report when ABS files are modified"
- New 'obsolete' witness metadata
- When the ABSBuilder builds the project, either a full build or when an abs file has been modified, witnesses are marked obsolete
- Launching ABS2GAL to refresh the witnesses removes the obsolete metadata.
