Resolve "bump versions of abs component to 3.0.0-snapshot"

Vojtisek Didier requested to merge 391-bump-versions-of-abs-component-to-3-0-0-snapshot into master

ensures that all abs related bundles and pom are in version 3.0.0-SNAPSHOT and leaves other in 2.0.0-x

also fix the version of thirdparty pomfirst (lip6.move.gal and emf.transaction) according to the internal jar version
