Fixes in the conversion of goals to GAL:

• change in how uninitialized variables are handled (removed -1 that caused a bug in ITS, and members of multiplicity many now are initialized too)
• conversion of containsAny in goal expressions
• change of the file structure: only goals needs to be in the main file, assets can be imported
