Add gitlab-ci build for all branches

migrate ci to gitlab

• support for integration tests
• support for full build of the Atsyra eclipse studio. Only some artifacts are exposed/archived using gitlab web interface (linux-sdk for now) (I do not archive all of them, because this takes some additional time to upload/download on each phase :-( and there is a limitation in size for those artifacts on gitlab.inria)
• deployment to the web site only on master branch of both the studio and update site (nightly version)
