JavaFX problem on MacOS -> remove JavaFX component from ATSyRA Studio

Bug description

the java fx support on MacOS is problematic, it rasies many console logs

Since JavaFX is required only to have the GEMOC multidimentional timeline and since that timeline isn't main stream for ATSyRA, we should remove this feature from the Studio

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
