Add German localization to Thymio Blockly interface in Aseba Studio

This PR adds German localization to the Thymio Blockly interface in Aseba Studio. Both the native Aseba Studio GUI elements as well as the actual Blockly workspace running in the embedded browser have been translated. The latter translation is simply provided as an alternative webpage that is loaded instead of the default English one.
