Translate errors of the compiler

The following pull request add translated errors to Aseba Studio, while keeping the compiler free from any dependency on Qt. This is achieved using a translation callback, registered when creating a new Compiler. This solves issue #13 (closed).

To ease the workflow, a Python script (compiler/sync_translation.py) will create the necessary files, the programmer only has to focus on the message's content and ID (in compiler/errors.cpp).

French translations are up-to-date, others need to be translated.
