Allow for optional networks

BACOU Mathieu requested to merge mbacou/kube5k:optional-networks into main

Allow for networks pod, services or loadbalancer to be optional.

Probably pod and services are required anyway, but loadbalancer is clearly optional for some deployments. It is confusing to the user to have to provide networks with fixed arbitrary names.
